Façade Structure:  The Façade is folded around a street corner, with asymmetrical wings on the two street sides. The central section is folded symetrically around the corner and it is topped by a tall sign spire.
 
Façade Decorations:  The façade and sides have a number of decorative horizontal bands and racing stripes.
 
Contour:  The central section folds around a rounded corner, with windows and decorative horizontal bands following the curves.
 
Entrance:  The building has a corner entrance porch that continues to the right side and with a smaller, shallower porch to the left side of the building. The entrance doors are on the side street side of the porch. There is a door at each end of this side porch, framed in decorative stucco panels. The porch has a masonry and metal railing all around.
 
Eyebrows:  There are eyebrows over every set of windows on the corner front and sides.
 
Porthole Windows:  There is a set of round porthole windows along the roof line on both sides of the building and large octagonal porthole windows in the porch left side.
