Façade Structure: |
The Façade is symmetrical, and the central section ends up in a small stepped-pyramid (ziggurat) structure with a window in it. The wings are slightly stepped back from the central section, and the wings also have vertical sections at the façade far ends that are recessed further.

The façade is decorated with horizontal and vertical bands. There are frieze panels above and below the windows (spandrel) of the central section.

The building has squared-off corners, with windows and eyebrows wrapping around the corners.

The building has an entrance porch with large octagonal porthole windows on each side of the door and larger windows next to them.

Eyebrows: |
There are eyebrows on the corner windows, which wrap around the corners along with the windows.

Porthole Windows: |
There are octagonal porthole window on the porch at each side of the door.

Frieze Panels: |
The frieze panels above and below the windows (spandrel) of the central section have aztec/mayan motifs.
