Façade Structure:  The façade is basically symmetrical, although the window structure on the two wings are not identical.The central section is raised slightly above the wings.
 
Façade Decorations:  The central section and the left side of the building have similar decorations, with keystone facing around the central windows and large circular decorations at the top. Keystone surfacing is also used on some vertical bands.
 
Contour:  The facade has rounded corners, with windows, eyebrows and trim following the curves.
 
Entrance:  There is a porch of almost the whole width of the building front except for the right corner and continuing around the left side, with keystone railings and columns.
 
Eyebrows:  There are continuous eyebrows on the wings, which follow the rounded corners, and individual window eyebrows on the central secion.
