Structure:  This is a story and one-half, nearly square house with an entrance and wide hallway at the left end of the house with a room behind it, and two rooms deep on the right. The staircase is in the hallway.
Chimneys:  The house has an interior chimney set at the right edge of the house and between the two rooms, providing for fireplaces arranged diagonally at the corners of the rooms.
