Façade Structure:  The Façade is symmetrical, and the central section has a stepped parapet that rises above the wings.
 
Façade Decorations:  There is a relief decoration at the top of the central secion composed of a vertical set of circles interrupted by three small eyebrow-like panels.
 
Contour:  The building has squared-off corners, with eyebrows wrapping around the corners of the top floor
 
Entrance:  There is a shallow porch along the whole front with columns at each end, masonry and metal railings, and a large window on each side of the door. The door is farmed by a decorative band composed of squares interrupted at the top center by a vertical set of circles similar to the decoration at the top center of the façade.
 
Eyebrows:  There are eyebrows around the corner windows on the top floor of each wing and above and below the single window on the central section.
 
Porthole Windows:  There are two portholes on the top floor of each wing near the roofline.
